What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our Process is very simple.
First, we need to schedule a time and day to inspect the home or business that is having water problems.
Once we've reviewed the issue we will give an on-sight estimate. We will also email a more detailed estimate the days following the inspection.
After that process is complete, we are ready to get started! If our customer is happy with the estimate and wants to work with us, we schedule a start date. Our start dates are typically a week out from the day the customer confirms the estimate.
