About
I love everything to do with homes. I was a custom home builder for almost 20 years. I built approximately 120 homes for which I drew all of the plans for. Now, I draw plans for builders and individual clients. I enjoy being step one in bringing my clients dream home to life.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It depends on the project. On renovation projects, I meet the client at the property, review all desired changes. Then I measure and sketch the home so that I can have all the information needed to input into CAD. The new design and everything needed for construction is then drawn.
On new construction, sometimes I meet face to face, it depends on the project. Many times a client has found a plan on the internet that they want changed to fit their needs. Some clients have started with a sketch to get things started.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I recieved my Associates Degree in Architecture in my early twenties. I began my drawings career then, then I became a custom home builder at thirty. I built custom homes and did renovations until approximatelt three years ago. Now I draw plans for builders and individual clients.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
On new construction, I charge $1 a square foot, on renovation projects I charge $1.25 a square foot.
How did you get started in this business?
After being a custom home builder for so many years and drawn all of the plans for those homes, I decided to dedicate my abilities to drawings plans for other builders and individual clients.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Obviously price, but equally important is turn around time on the project. My time frame averages one to two weeks from start to finish.
