We have been in business for almost 5 years but our founder has over 24 years of expereince in the architectural design and home building industry.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have inital meeting to outline the scope of work needed by the client. Once we have defined the scope, GTDG begins with designing the floor plan. Once the floor plan is approved, we design elevations. This process, together, is the schematic design phase. During the design phase, if there are changes or revisions needed, we address those as needed.
Once the design process is completed, we complete the construction documents for the plans and elevations.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The founder, Tommy Jones has a degree in architectural engineering and has worked with several architetural firms across the country as well as a top 10 home builder. Tommy has designed homes all across the country.
