We are a service glass company based out of Barrow County, Georgia. We specialize in broken glass and fogged glass replacement, glass wall, shower doors and commercial glass replacement. No job is too small or concern too great for our team. We have a number of same day services we can provide. Some of these services include single pane glass replacement, door closer replacement, commercial door adjustment, and rekeying. In most cases we are able to give an estimate remotely. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We receive a phone call. Talk to customer about what work they need done. We usually ask for a couple pictures of the project with some rough measurements so we can give a rough estimate of the cost of the job. At this point we schedule an appointment for a trained technician to come out to get accurate measurements so we can order the necessary supplies for the job. Once the materials are in we call to schedule the install.
