A desire to help people by utilizing my past experiences in commercial and residential construction an as a Licensed Realtor.

We have a wide array of customers ranging from the owners of a small mobile home in Adairsville to the owners of a 5000 square foot home in Hoschton.

I recently made time in a very busy schedule to assist a first time home buyer with her inspection. Her first inspector did not make his appointment and I was able to step in and keep her within her 10 day limit for an inspection for her real estate transaction.

Look around. Not all home inspectors are the same. Georgia has no Certification requirement to be a home inspector, so be sure to focus on those who have achieved certification through an organization like InterNACHI. InterNACHI, is the ONLY Home Inspector Certification company that is recognized by the Department of Education. That is important.

Please be sure that you are prepared to move forward when you schedule a home inspection through a third party like Homeguide or Home Advisor. Once you put in a request through one of these entities, all inspectors who respond to your request ar charged for the “lead”, wether an agreement to represent is reached or not.
