What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We ask that clients come into our 10,000 showroom first to meet us and get a feeling for who and what we are all about.

We have been in business for 29 years in Palm Beach County with hundreds of satisfied clients
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Every job is different and therefore deserves individual pricing. Our initial consultation fee is complimentary and depending on services rendered, pricing can continue to be complimentary or charged out at a rate of $100 per hour against a retainer.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with a variety of clients and a wide range of residences -- from studio apartments to 15,000 square foot homes and everything in between!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure you like and respect your decorator -- that you enjoy spending time with him or her and that you feel they are truely listening to your wants, needs and desires
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
What is the scope of the project? What do I want my decorator to do for me? Just ideas? Or, make purchases through them as well.
