What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
when arriving at HOLLYWOOF, the owner will be asked to please fill out paperwork and sign. We then discuss the hair cut you would like and then will take your pet back to the bathing area. We will then call you 1/2 hour before completing the groom. We try to avoid having pets in cages so we give you time to be on way to see your beautiful FURBABY!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
groomers were trained by top groomers! Hands on is the ONLY WAY!

bath/ trims start at $20.00
Full grooms start at $50.00 (without coupons)

@ 20 yrs old i was bathing for 1 of MAYBE 4 groomers in the area! The owner was busy and pulled me away and said your grooming!
