We are a specialty grooming , daycare and boarding facility. All Dogs Rock is cageless and our dogs are treated like family. We are a small facility purposely which enables us to spend one on one time with each and every dog . We have 3 groomers who have won awards and have had their groom dogs on the cover of magazines. If boarding or here for daycare the best test of our care is your dog straining at its leash to come in the next time he comes back !
My staff and I are all dog lovers! Most of our staff have certifications in vet tech or aide work and have volunteered at animal shelters.
We love the homelike atmosphere and we love that the dogs coming to our facility are excited to see us and are happy to vacation with us , spend the day with us or enjoy the spa!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We service your dogs needs and your needs. We administer medications, we have a senior dog area and we have larger areas for dogs that like exercise. We have a home like atmosphere and we always have a staff member in each of our rooms at all times. Each dog is walked every two hours. A new dog coming to our facility gets evaluated to determine temperment, likes and dislikes and is given the individual attention needed. We like to talk to a new customer extensively to learn more about the dog and what is important to each owner.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am the owner and had my own grooming and daycare facility for 20 years in Connecticut . I had 6 groomers working for me and we would groom anywhere up to 80 dogs per day. I do not groom myself any longer but I know what good grooming looks like and only hire the best groomers who are also kind to the dogs! For daycare and boarding, most of our staff are certified vet techs, vet aides or have previous experience volunteering for shelters. They treat your dog with kindness and have the training to administer medication and our ratio of staff members to dogs is one per every 10 dogs. It would be very hard to find that anywhere else!
