What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After they contact me I setup a free estimate for whatever their pool needs are . Once I'm hired I setup a day to start their service and then every time we service their pool they recieve an email/text with a picture and a list of what was done. every customer is given my email or cell number so they can contact me anytime for any reason.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am CPO certified and CST certified. I have been cleaning and servicing pool's for a little over 10 years between New Jersey and Florida.
How did you get started in this business?
I got started in the pool industry back in New Jersey as a Life Guard and moved up to Teaching swim lessons , Aquatic Coorinator . Then when I moved down to Florida I started cleaning and servicing pools.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with all type's of customers
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I just finished retiling and painting a customers pool which is something I have never done before but it came out fantastic and the customer is very happy and so am I.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure it's someone they feel comfortable with , someone who will meet their expectation and help them achieve their goals.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
What do they bring to the table ? Can they help them accomplish their goals ?
