We have 5 service tech's and one repair tech. All of our service technicians are Certified with the State of Florida to maintain and service any pool in the state of Florida. We also provide every customer with the option to have a real time email sent to their email when the technician finishes servicing the pool. It shows his log in and out times, all chemicals and even provides a pic of the pool. We service Commercial and Residential Swimming pools. We also, remodel and repair swimming pools and equipment.
We are a family owned and operated business. We take a lot of pride in customer satisfaction. We want to make your backyard swimming pool experiance the best you have ever had. We offer premium services to accomidate all needs from our customers. We have a very good team (our newest technician has been with us for more than 4 years). We do not have high employee turnaround. We have been in the swimming pool industry for a combined total of over 40 years. We are part of the Florida Spa and Pool Association. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If a customer wants weekly maintenance, We will email the potential customer our service agreement, which breaks down our services into 3 levels. Chemicals and Filter service weekly, Bi-Full/weekly chemicals and Full service. If a customer is looking for equipment repairs. We will charge a service call to go and diagnose the issue and the service call amount will be deducted from the repair costs. If the customer is looking for Swimming pool renovation. We will go out to the proerty and measure the pool and go over the wants and needs of the customer to determine a cost. Then I will email the customer a proposal to do the work :)
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
ALL of our service technicians are State Certified Swimming Pool Operators. This is a huge benefit to the customer. The customer knows they are getting quality service from a technician that actually cares about their job and that the customer is completely satisfied.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I would suggest the potential customer vet the company and determine if they are a good fit for them. Not all service companies pride themselves on customer satisfaction as we do. Also, look to see if ALL of the companies service technicians are CPO certified through the State of Florida. Some companies have their tech's run under the owners certification.
