About
Born and raised in the Midwest, Tony learned at an early age the importance of hard work and honesty. He graduated from Illinois State University with a Bachelor Degree of Science with an emphasis in Sociology & Psychology and quickly followed his dream to exchange some of those snowy months for the warm Florida sunshine. With his wife by his side, he started his career in Florida as a Logistics Consultant in the Automotive Industry, saving his clients over a Million dollars each year on each account he handled. In 2005, he started to pursue the Real Estate arena working as a Mortgage Broker and later found his true passion as a Realtor. He worked on a real estate team for four years that was ranked Top Ten in America as the lead listing agent & buyer agent. After building his business by referrals Tony decided that his next step would be to build his own team within Keller Williams Realty and take his business to the next level.
Today Tony leads a team of over 20 team members as CEO with his HUB in Tampa Bay with additional offices located in Orlando, Daytona Beach, Jacksonville & North Port, FL. The entire team is trained by Tony to ensure everyone receives the same treatment he would give himself. The team is all about delivering “The Promise” of a 5 Star every person and family helped. Tony is a significant contributor to the Community, serving on non-profit Boards as well as having been the top referrer in the national networking group BNI for 11 years. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We listen. It is our job to be the market and area expert and to provide you with the facts and information necessary to make a great decision on buying or selling. We do a consultation and meet you where you are: virtually with Zoom, FaceTime or in person.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Tony spends several days a year training and attending industry seminars and training programs. In addition, all members of the team focus on teaching and contributing knowledge to others at the office, local and regional levels.

Listing fees are all inclusive for professional photographer/drone video, marketing online and traditional, no hidden fees. Commission percentage range is 5-8%, depending on which level of service nets the seller the most money and meets their needs the best.
How did you get started in this business?
Tony started on a top team and when the only way to grow was to start his own team, he did so in 2011.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Every price point and if not immediately able to sell or purchase, we develop the purchasing or selling road map personalized for each individual.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Invited to present at the annual Keller Williams Family Reunion on a panel. 17,000 attendees are expected, which is a great learning environment as well as the opportunity to contribute and help others.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Ask lots of questions and ask the same questions to whoever you hire. Not everyone is a fit and it is your choice on who will work the best for you.
