At The Ocean Team, we provide service that far exceeds the industry standard. Our clients are educated about the process of a real estate transaction, are referred to some of the best professionals in their fields, when required, and get treated like family. We aren't just here for a commission, we are here to help people make meaningful changes in their lives.
Greg is a Broker Associate, and part of the company's leadership team. He regularly mentors and trains new agents on the proper way to conduct real estate business. Heather has a PhD, and is certified as an interior decorator, among other things. So together, we can ensure that your transaction goes as smoothly and painlessly as possible.

A phone or in-person consultation allows us to get to know the client and what their needs are. If they are purchasing, we ensure that they already have a pre-approval from a lender, and if not, we refer them to one of our valued industry partners. From there, we establish "must-haves" and "desires", and setup a search to find the perfect property.
For sellers, the process is a little different. We discuss the property they have for sale, establish a sales price, and market the home for sale. There are far too many details to the process to go into here, but suffice to say that we ensure that your home is the absolute best it can be when we put it on the market!
Greg holds a number of certifications including a Property Manager certificate, as well as a Community Association Manager. Additionally, Greg holds a Broker's License, and regularly conducts trainings to help new agents learn the business.

There are some questions you should always ask your real estate professional before hiring them. 1) How long have you been in the business? 2) How many transactions have you done in the last 12 months? 3) Do you work at real estate as your only job? The answers to those three questions will help you ensure that you get the right professional. Think, for example, that you were going to have heart surgery. Would you want a surgeon who had only had his/her medical license for a very short time, and had only done one or two surgeries in the past year? Or one who was well-established, and regularly did the type of surgery you required? Well, buying or selling real estate is one of the largest transactions anyone will make in their lifetime. Why would you want to leave your fate to an amateur?
