When we list homes for sale, we charge just 4%, rather than the typical 6% or more. If we are the only agent involved in the transaction, we lower our fee to just 3%... saving sellers thousands!
When we work with homebuyers, we can offer a credit at closing equal to 1/2 of 1%... so if you are buying a $300,000 home, we will credit you $1,500 at closing... our way of saying thank you for working with us!
We love helping people through the real estate sales process... and we love to see these beautiful home! Whether you are buying your first home, a vacation home, or your "forever" home, we are delighted to help you with all the details.
