Having been in real estate as a career over 30 years, I have the experience to give you the best information to help you achieve your real estate goals selling or buying. Today, many feel their home is a "Tear Down", that is not always true. Many sellers could get a higher amount and more money in their pockets at closing by selling to someone who wants to keep the home. I will show you every option you have to sell and what you would potentially make in the end, each way. This gives you the power to make an informed decision and not leave money on the table for someone else to take later.
I began my career working for a multifamily developer, managing, and doing restoration budgets for distressed multifamily properties, prior to my real estate license. After, I worked for builders building homes and developing residential neighborhoods. Next moved into residential general real estate helping sellers and buyers’ market and buy homes. I began investing in real estate myself, buying, renovating, and selling homes for a profit. Today, my husband and I invest in homes and land, developing subdivisions, buying homes to renovate and resell at a profit and redeveloping certain real estate parcels. I also have buyers who do the same and buyers looking for a home to call their own.
I am dedicated to providing excellent customer service. My philosophy is simple: clients come first. I pledge to be in constant communication with my clients, keeping them fully informed throughout the entire buying or selling process. I also believe in keeping in contact with past clients and helping them understand the how changes in the market could impact their buying or selling decisions. In addition, I use the most up to date technology, so my clients have what they need at their fingertips 24/7 and if they need answers to something, I research to provide it.
I believe that if you’re not left with an amazing experience, I haven’t done my job. I don’t measure success through achievements or awards, but through the satisfaction of my clients. I take great pride in the relationships I build and always work relentlessly on my client’s behalf to help them achieve their real estate goals.
Today’s buyers and sellers need a trusted resource that can guide them through the complex world of real estate, honestly. With my extensive knowledge, experience, and commitment to providing only the best and most timely information to my clients, I am your go-to source for real estate industry insight and advice. Buying or selling a home is more than just a transaction: it’s a life-changing experience.
Helping others by giving information so they can make an informed decision. Many agents are only interested in a quick sale and that's not ethical in my opinion. I show the owner how to get the most money the quickest and find out their long term goals. Sometimes it may benefit them to rent the home and not sale of it helps their long term real estate goals.
Cary went up and beyond with helping me find my forever home. She continues to help me with any and all questions I have to enhancing my property. She devotes all of her time and energy to making sure each of her clients feel as though you are her top priority even when she has several. I highly recommend Cary to help you find your dream home! Thank you Cary! You are the best!
I had the privilege to work with Cary. The house I was selling had a few issues with the banks regarding lost paperwork and liens on the property that were resolved in the past. Cary diligently worked to sort out all issues and I was able to sell the house in a timely manner. She was very professional throughout the entire process and had my best interested at the forefront of thought. I highly recommend her services whether buying or selling a house.
I've had the opportunity to list 2 homes with Cary. Her knowledge in real estate and selling your home for less commission is truly an advantage for the homeowner. In both cases I got top $ollar for the houses. Her recommendations on selling the home and the closing process was so easy. I appreciate her professionalism however, I hope I don't require her services in the future, I'm tired of moving and happy with my final purchase. I highly recommend Cary and think it will make buying and selling a home warm and friendly.
From our very first meeting with Cary, we felt that we had found the perfect realtor ! Not only is she professional and highly knowledgeable, she is also extremely personable. We were fortunate to have her help us sell our property and subsequently purchase another. She even pointed out some key negotiating points that we hadn't realized, enabling us to be even more satisfied with the transaction. So with a great personality, extensive knowledge and ability, Cary is a great choice for a realtor and we highly recommend her.
1. Find out what the Seller's goals are, what they want?.
2. Assess the value of the property depending on the seller's goals and expectations.
3. Develop a plan to help the Seller's acheive their goal.
4. Implement the plan and keep the Seller's informed as much as they want to be.
Over 30 years experience in real estate, 3rd generation in Florida.
I have and do perosnally develop property. Although, I do not develop in areas I feel need to remain wild for our environment- the animals need a home too and we need wildreness areas. Most of what I do is redevelopment. I've done extensive rehabbing to resell for profit, worked for builders selling and building new homes.
My extensive knowedge of development and renvovations for profit give me an edge in evaluating property to get the Seller the highest price possible so they don't leave money on the table for someone else.
I charge a Flat 5% commission and usually split that with a cooperating broker.
My grandfather was a real estate broker and builder in Ft Lauderdale, grandmother a real estate broker, my father was a developer, builder and investor. I did not work with them as my grandfather sold his brokerage when I was a child, I enjoy real estate and helping others. I feel it's a nice way to give to my community.

1. Am I willing to fix, update or make repairs?
2. Why am I selling?
3. Do I need a certain amount of cash out of the sale to move?
4. How much help am I looking for? Someone to handle everything or only marketing?
5. Where will my property be advertised? (Be careful as some agets do not market the listing, they try to hold as a pocket listing which is NOT good for the seller getting the highest price possible).
5. What experience does the agent bring to the table?
6. What does the agent offer?
