My name is Talia and Ive always been amazing @cleaning & organizing after having my first child my eye for detail, weeding threw things and cleaning was phenomenal. I am a pro@cleaning, organizing, Inventory and putting a 5 star hotel spin on my finishing touches due to working @Castle Hill Inn & Resort in Newport R.I in the summers as a teenager. I am a perfectionist and love learning and excelling in many things. I started laying and refinishing flooring in 2014 that gave me my love for woodworking and then slowly turned into flipping houses which taught me how to paint phenomenally. I don’t have to tape off I use an angle brush and a self taught angle of the wrist to edge any trim beautifully. Saves time and comes out better then peeling off paint w/tape. I have a keen eye for detail in any home care need. I can fix holes in walls, backsplashes, tiles, cabinetry and my last but not least I am born & raised learning how to cook from an Italian family, being a mother of 3 who love to have friends over & plenty of leftovers I can also help cook weekly meals if you need. I recently moved to Tampa FL, I have an active drivers license & reliable vehicle: In April a lovely couple from N.J hired me as a permanent housekeeper to a 2300 sq ft home air bnb w/5 beds 2 baths in Tampa to fix issues that weren’t being met. I have completley revamped their investment. In 3 weeks I was promoted to Property Manager. I take care of inventory, shopping, cleaning, trash, mail, maintenance issues all and everything that comes with a property. I go above and beyond what most people would for their clients. I’ve had such good reviews and compliments that I am now trying to make a go out of doing the things I love for people who need a Trustworthy & Reliable person to care for the things you may not have time for or simply cannot be in two places at once.
