David , the proud owner of carpet Master , I have been installing flooring for 30 year's , with great joy , it is my passion ,to start a project in your home , and finish with a happy customer , that now becomes a part of our family , when we arrive to our job site, our customers are welcomed with our joyful spirit , and or team are none smoker's and well mannered and well-presented throughout the whole job, and I am on every job site.
The process of start to finish , and the smile on my customers face when I am finished, I still love what I do , and my hands our on every job installed.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First step . We would make arrangements to look over your project , and Bing out samples and discuss which material would be great for your project , and different selections for your budget.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a professional flooring installer i i have 30 year's of experience in installations and repairs, from high end commercial job's to million-dollar residential homes we take pride in our work , and there is no job to big or to small , our customers become family.

How did you get started in this business?
I started this business as a young teenage boy at 14 year's old as a helper , for a elder flooring installer , just helping carrying the tools and the materials for the installer , at a fast-paced , I proceeded to install padding and preparing the subfloor, long story short, my instructor became my employee , and I took him out on jobs , till he passed away , and I started my own business and learned all flooring installations and fell in love with the business till this day, and I know my friend is proud of me, and he had my same name , David a powerful name.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Home owners , and builders doctors , teacher's lawyers friends family , Nice one's crazy one's 🥴😷 sick one's sad one's , I also do carpet cleaning , I once had to clean the carpet for a customer that was sick with the runs , no job , to big or to small , they could not help it , they called and I got the job done .
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I was called to finish a job , that another installer had started , and had to leave the project unfinished to go to the hospital , they call me to finish the job , and the customer was very happy and satisfied that I was able to correct and finish what another company was starting wrong . It feels great at the end , when you are appreciated for the pride you take in your work , they are not too many around.
