I enjoy seeing my customers happy and I enjoy when a dog gives me their trust and feel safe under my care. I love that I am able to share my passion with the community and not only by providing a service, but by becoming a friend not just a groomer. I enjoy being able to offer the attention I believe each of you deserves with no rules or limitations.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a new customer usually goes as follows:
During a phone call or text from a new customer we chat to get acquatinted, I request information about your dog such as breed, size, what services you need, vaccine requirements, personality, overall health.
After our short friendly chat, I go ahead and try to schedule and accommodate all clients in a timely manner based on availability. I provide my address, and the day of their first appointment we meet at my private shop, I take in vaccine records, and we chat about what haircut, care, style etc the client desires.
I treat all customers with the same level of respect and welcoming.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated and became a Certified Groomer from the Academy of Animal Arts in Largo, Florida, where I graduated top of my class.
I obtained my Bachelors degree in Communications at the Florida International University in Miami, Florida.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
There is no standard pricing for services. Pricing may vary depending on breed, size, hair type, and condition of hair.
There are no surprise fees, everything is discussed honestly and clearly between me and my customer before hand.
How did you get started in this business?
After graduating with my Bachelors degree, I worked corporate for some time making good money, but always aware and knowing that my passion and happiness revolved around animals.
I am naturally an artistic individual. I love art and working with my hands and grooming allowed me to implement both my art and love for animals at once. I decided to quit my corporate job in order to do something I truly love while giving it all the heart I have with No limitations.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with people/families of all backgrounds and personalities. What they all have in common no matter what is that they want Whats best for their pets.
I receive everyone into this family with open arms, and treat everyone with the same respect each time.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Everyday that I open my doors and see people leave happy with my services is a day that I am fond of. Knowing that one way or another I made a difference in both the pet and pet parents' life.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Always go for someone who shows true affection and interest in both you and your pet. Take a look and smell around for cleanliness. I also always advice to observe behavior, happy people give happy service. Make sure you feel comfortable and welcomed! If you don't feel you're a priority, your pet won't be one either.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
I think the most important question should revolve around the overall safety and comfort of your pet and what is best for the pet.
Sometimes discussing what you have planned for the pet, for example, shaving a dog with skin issues. Sometimes it's best to ask your groomer if it's a good idea, a well prepared groomer should be able to inform of alternatives, reasons behind it, etc. and come to an agreement. We are here to please you and do whats best for your furry baby.
