I'm a Professional Dog Groomer in the local Orlando area. While I make sure your pet goes home stylish their comfort and safety are my main priority.

**ATTENTION**:

As of right now I am only working from my home. You have to drive to me. I work outside with cold water! I am also not doing ANY haircuts, just baths! If you show up and your dog is matted I will not continue. And there will be a $40 cancellation fee!

I provide flexible days and times to help keep your pet on a schedule that works for you!

My favorite part of grooming is seeing how happy your pets are afterwards. They always get so excited and you can just see that they are feeling good.

I also love that my repeat customers are always excited to see me and want to play before and after services are completed. It shows that they truly trust me even if they aren't excited about bath time.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I do a meet and greet where we discuss services, your pets needs, and my process. If there are no issues with temperament, time or money then we proceed with the services being completed. The first visit usually takes 45min - 1hr. After that it should be 30mins a visit as long as there are no complications. (Only doing baths w/ nails, ears, teeth, anals being taken care of. NO haircuts of any kind. If your dog shows up matted, then I will not continue and there's a $40 cancelation fee)

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I trained under several experienced groomers for 4 years. Each containing a minimum of 8-10 years of experience.

How did you get started in this business?

I've always been an animal lover and grew up surrounded by a variety all of different needs. I chose to become a groomer because it's a way I can help your pet stay healthy and happy. I decided to branch out on my own because I want to provide services in the safest and most stress free way possible for your pet. Their safety and comfort is my main priority.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Most of my clients have pets that need special attention. Either their pet gets too stressed on car rides or during grooming, or they don't like new people or places. Sometimes they just need a groomer who will go slow and listen to their dogs behavior and know how to work with a pet that's a little more difficult. I learn to read each pet in my care to know how to best work around their comfort.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Get to know your groomer. Make sure their standards or priorities align with your own. If that's a perfect haircut; safety; speed; generalized care of your pet. Whatever it is, just make sure your groomer feels the same.

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

You cannot get top quality grooms or care for dirt cheap prices. Be realistic about your dogs behavior. If they are aggressive or difficult, we NEED to know. May the price go up, sure. But your pet and the groomer will be better off if everyone knows the standard behavior. (From personal experience, most dogs that are difficult do better when they see 1 person consistently. And eventually the price may lower again.)
