What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I need first a copy of the pets rabies paperwork. Following, the most recent picture of the pet and the last tome they were groomed. A deposit is required to book an appointment as well. Client would bring their pet to me, meet, greet and go over grooming instructions. Grooming takes 1hr30min to 2hrs depending on dogs behavior, coat condition, breed and size.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated PetSmart grooming academy in 2017 after working and training as a bather for 6 years. I have since left and started my own business after accumulating various certifications.

Every groom under 15lbs starts at $60. That is also for a coat with no tangles or matting. $10 for every addtl 10lbs the pet weighs. This price can change depending on dogs behavior, size, breed & coat condition.
