Ramos Construction is a botique design build firm located in South Tampa. James Ramos is the CGC and his family has been doing construction related work since 1956. We take clients that need maintenance to renovation and to fill ground up construction. Our vendors are verified and have experience with conducting quality work at a fair price. You do not need to call multiple vendors when you can call Ramos who will manage it all for you.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Free consultation, assess what work needs to be completed. If our clients need help with selections, one of our staff designers will be assigned. We select, price and then upon approval, we construct. After completing we offer a 10 year warranty.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our construction employees are seasoned licensed and insured professionals. Our designers are independent and we match the tastes of the client with the best design professional to help with selections and drawings, if needed. Our subs are all verified and have worked with us for years. They are the best in the business so you don't have to worry about the quality and history of subs and vendors we use to complete the work. We have the best carpenters, electricians, plumbers and heating and air professionals. Our cabinetry, countertops and flooring is done in house.
