I would like to share my experience with Foundation Waterproofing 101. I was having issues with water coming up through the grout lines inside my home. I did some research & came across Foundation Waterproofing 101. They came out & explained to me that water was entering my home through the foundation due to the negative grade in my yard & the high water table in the state of FL. They were extremely informative & very professional. They were able to waterproof the foundation of my home & tie in my downspouts to their drainage system in order to direct the water away from my home & out to the curb. When my wife & I moved into our home, we decided to replace some of the flooring. To our surprise, we discovered water in one of the bedrooms underneath the old flooring. We called Foundation Waterproofing 101 to come out to figure out what was going on. They were on time & very professional. They explained that water was entering our home from the foundation. We hired them & they were able to waterproof our foundation & we have not had a problem ever since. So glad we called Foundation Waterproofing 101!
