What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Phone consultation, copy of an electric bill, then we do a proposal to see if the roof gets enough sun, if it does then we move forward
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
This job does not require education per se, but I have been doing this for so long I've dealt with almost 500 customers and probably negotiated almost 750 deals, between me and my team so I would say I am an expert in the field .
