Produce a virtual tour of your home. This will also be published to the internet for a more comprehensive tour of the property for out of town buyers. Collect feedback from other agents who show the property. This client feedback will help determine the positive and negative qualities of the property, and how I can improve the showing experience in order to sell the home faster. Target my marketing to active real estate agents who specialize in selling homes in your neighborhood. Advertise your home in neighborhood newsletters, as well as direct mail campaigns, email campaigns, and social media. Create an open house schedule to promote your property to prospective buyers and market those open houses.
