What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A customer will call in and get a real person on the phone. We will ask what they are needing and try to get as much information as we can. From there we can give them a rough estimate over the phone and schedule them to get the work done or we will schedule for one of our techs to come out and give an estimate if it is a bigger job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our Technicians are licensed and certified.
