What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I give free estimates I take down their address and then when I show up for the estimate I measure their property and depending on what they need I'll explain to them in key detail what I have to do before the process starts and how much it will cost
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have special safety and chemical training I have an OSHA 10 and HazMat has Whopper certificate (for the knowledge of chemicals) I can operate just about any lift that is needed to do the job it's safely as possible(boom lifts etc) I also have 12 years experience in this trade

I charge by square foot or linear foot and also depending on what is needed
How did you get started in this business?
I started because my family taught me how to pressure wash and my uncle owns his own business as well I started out being a helper and worked my way up to driving my own truck&trailer doing work on my own and I absolutely loved it every step of the way

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
When it comes to soft and power washing there is a number of things to take into consideration
1.do your gutters need to be cleaned?. This is an important because anytime we do roofs or siding on the house if the gutters are full no matter how much we clean it it will leave streaks because the dirt/old mold cannot exit properly down the gutter so you will need your gutters cleaned as well.
2. Depending on how moldy your house is and how long it's been sitting there there is a possibility soft washing it might not help mold likes to attach to the paint as well as other spores and other organic material and if left on for too long it can eat the paint so to say so you may have to consider getting a paint job after your home has been properly cleaned
3. Has The exterior of your home been properly maintained?. Maintenance is an important part of soft and power washing we recommend getting the exterior of your home done every 6 months to a year this way you're home always stays looking new,clean and mold free not to mention it's less expensive for you in the long run waiting too long to get the exterior of your house washed may cause damage ( oxidation, paint loss, and more ) and may result in you needing a restoration
