What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We want to understand what the customers main goal is do they want the most cost effective approach to just getting a new air conditioner or are they looking to increase efficiency aswell. We also look at there indoor air quality and how we can improve that cold air is good but clean cold air is better.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
10 plus years of experience in air conditioning and construction. Certified in air conditioning. Mini splits .duct work fabrication and repair.

Yes depending off what type of system (brand) and what seer rating but everyone pays the same price.
How did you get started in this business?
I always dreamed of being a business owner since I was 18 I knew I just had to find my niche and Air Conditioning was it for me after ten years of experience and countless tests and classes I was able to achieve my goal now I look forward to building one of the best Ac companies around while maintaining honor and pride in everything we do.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Everything from commercial to the smallest residential work no job to big or small.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
we had a customer who was going through hard time his wife had Alzheimer's and there Ac had been broken for months. They were told a new Ac system was going to be 7000 we were able to do job for less then half that amount and still deliver a new system with same warranty by going with a more affordable brand.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Look for someone you truly feel you can trust anyone can be given a sales class and taught how to sell we"ve all been sold on some product or service we didn't really want but we're persuaded you don't want that to be apart of a thousand dollar decision. Go with someone who will give you straight facts and of course doing your own research can be the best. Don't be afraid to ask questions and good reputable technician shouldn't have a problem answering them.
