Bid the job if the homeowner is happy with the bid sign a proposal get a down payment do the work get final payment and make the homeowner a lifetime customer.

We built every thing from million dollar houses to room additions. Bathroom and Kitchen remodels.

We just finished a complete gutt and remodel of a 3 bedroom 2bath house in Tampa.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Get 3 or 4 bids and go with one in the middle get as much detail as you can in the proposal allways get the contractor to write that the work is to be done to the homeowners satisfaction.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Always now what you're budget is and try to stick as close to it as possible.
