We are a cage free facility and only work on one pet or pet family at a time. Dogs are in and out and do not stay all day long making for a quiet and calm interaction.
I really enjoy bonding with every pet I work on. I love seeing them drag their owners in the door tails wagging to come for a visit.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New clients will fill out an information card while I assess the pet. We will review all special requests and details of your haircut. Typically grooming takes about an hour and a half to 2 hours. The first appointment is normally closer to 2 hours while I get to know your pet. We are a cage-free facility and only work on one pet or family of pets at a time.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Our prices are based on breed, condition of coat, and type of haircut. All of our packages include premium shampoo and conditioner, nail trimming and filing, ear cleaning, gland expression and ear plucking if requested by owner and haircut. We also offer a deshed package for our double coated friends at an additional charge.
How did you get started in this business?
I got started in this business when I was in college studying criminal justice. I took a side job as a bather and absolutely fell in love with it. 12 years later and I'm still at it !!
What types of customers have you worked with?
We take all types, sizes, ages, and breeds of pets. The largest dog I have ever worked on was 130 lb long haired German Shepherd!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I definitely recommend you view the facility prior to your appointment. Make sure the atmosphere suits your pet!
