What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you drop off we will discuss they hair style that you desire and I will provide a quote. I will work with your loved one giving them the care and undivided attention they need. Then I will keep in touch and give you at least a 15 minute notice for when you can pick up so they aren't waiting for too long for you're arrive
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been grooming for a total of 5 years. I attended a grooming school and then continued to grow my skill working with different people in different salons
