Depends on the number of units and circumstance. If we are a good fit for the owner we will beat everyone on price (and maintain our premium service level).
How did you get started in this business?
I moved out of country 30 years ago, and became an accidental landlord. I have not quit learning from that first experience.

Professional investors with multiple assets, beginning investors, retirement planning, accidental landlords, wealth building consulting.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Being threatened by a tenant to be smeared on social media and sued by an attorney. I was calm, professional, and stuck to my guns as the owner's representative with significant fiduciary responsibility. I called tenant bluff, because I have excellent legal a counsel, and smoothed out what could have turned into a bullying situation.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Give me a chance to earn your business. I will make it worth your time.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Long term goal for the property? Lifetime hold? 5 year hold and sell? Retirement income? Wealth building?
