What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the customer and I agree we will be a good fit to work together I typically ride out an estimate that clearly indicates the work I will do. With everyone on the same page we can continue and make the customers vision a reality.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Be on my construction experience I have Great communication ability and I'm not beyond solving any problems.
How did you get started in this business?
By working my way up as an employee from foundation work to roofing and all the fun in between. How's my skills screw as a finish carpenter I found myself making more on my side jobs than my full-time. This pushed me into the business I run today.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Anywhere from high-rise condo association customers to renters needing Hey honeydewise completed. I work with everyone.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
In Orlando I went to a Wedi seminar that certified me as a pro Wedi installer giving me the ability to issue 15-year warranty on showers I install. Be sure to ask me about that.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Finding someone responsive is key can someone who's able to coordinate.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
It's always easier when customers have a budget in mind. Money's never easy but if I have something to go off of then yours and my time is better utilized.
Anything to think about is how long you want the project to take and the projects desired end date.
