What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet with them at the home or business, discuss their requirements and design ideas. Generate a design concept on the computer and review it with them. After the design has been approved and signed, we begin to work with the complete set of working drawings for permit to the building department.

An Architectural Degree and 25 years experience

Every client and every job is different. We all have different requirements, budgets and design preferences. Because of this, I evaluate each job and client differently.

Private and Public, residential and commercial jobs.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure that person is experienced and that you get along with his or her's personality.
