I have a very friendly office staff that all my customers give high reviews and service for the tech. on courteous and professional service and knowledge. 

I have been cirtified and trained on most brands and can work on all type of units. I have over 30 years experance in this field. 

I have set up a price guide and have to update it as needed. Prices have change 3 times this year and we do this to give the customer the best deals we can get. 

After my stay in the Army I went to work for a grocery store chain, and was trained on the job. Then took classes and got certified in this filed. And EPA Certified. 

I have worked with residential and commercial. 

I enjoy Fishing, boating and reading. I also love to go to the mountais like we did on our honeymoon and 20th annaversery. 

That experance counts and a lot of large chain companys train thier people with commissions on thier minds and not the service and responsablity to the customer, as we take the customer in mind and what they need, treat the customer with honisty, not a commission plan.

Always make sure that the problem might just be a simpel thing as change thier filter once a month and to keep thier line clear and clean. A mantance check once a year can prevent major prblen with your unit and last longer if well maintained.
