What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When meeting a new client I ask for their referral so I know where they heard about my services. If we are communicating via text message or email I love to see current photos in order to give the most accurate price quote.

How did you get started in this business?
While still in high school I began my first job working in a grooming salon. I went on to study stenography for 2 years while still grooming. Knowing I'll always want to work with animals, I decided becoming a court reporter would not be a fulfilling life for me.

I have worked with all different types of people and all different types of pets.
