From my role in Guest Relations with The Disney Company to helping brides and grooms plan their “I do’s” as the Administrative Director for Southern Oaks Plantation, my entire career has been dedicated to making dreams come true. I love working with the public, and have a passion for providing exceptional and personalized care to clients. My wife, Shalea, shares these ideals, as she spent years as a Guest Services Manager in Walt Disney World restaurants. An extremely high level of professionalism and a tech-forward approach to problem solving are distinguishing traits of our work. In 2013, Shalea and I brought our “people first” approach to real estate as Realtors and partners in The Madorin Group, a Keller Williams Advantage III Realty team. Our third partner is my brother, Kevin Madorin. Kevin has been a Realtor in Orlando since 2005 and has over eight years of experience as a property appraiser. With all the pieces in place, we put our successful formula to work in Central Florida and had a remarkable first year with over $6 million in sales. Our "people first" philosophy and exceptionally high number of referrals continues to grow our business annually. As of December 2018, we've sold over $45 million of real estate. The market is exceptionally strong in the Orlando area, and we look forward to a terrific 2019 in Central Florida with an "opportunity market" that favors both buyers and sellers.
