Learning about our clients, their needs, and their unique situations is paramount to our success. We like to meet face-to-face when possible, but are also happy to have this discussion via phone.
Once we have an opportunity to connect and make sure we can be of assistance, we will work with the client to develop a path to success that will achieve their goals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The members of our team are highly qualified, having earned designations such as "Certified Staging Professional," "Accredited Buyer's Representative," "Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist," and "Gold Key Certification for Excellence in Professionalism." Ongoing training and education is a key component of ensuring our team can provide the best possible service to our clients.
How did you get started in this business?
Long before we were in real estate, my wife and I had HORRIBLE experiences when we were buying and selling our first home, and that planted the idea that there must be a better way to do things. We both came from a Disney background that revolved around great customer service, and when we finally decided to give it a try and start our own real estate company, providing exceptional customer service was the foundation of everything we hoped to accomplish.
