With buyers: To be able to help people to find their ideal homes, when you see their eyes light up because "this is the home they have been looking for" and to start the process to make this a reality is priceless.

With Sellers: I do my best to help them with the process to prepare the house for the market.  After they do what is needed, it is time for me to provide the best service possible.  Every listing have its own specific needs.  Many times I have to make sure we find another home and be able to coordinate the two closings in order to have a move as smooth as possible between homes.  What is your need? What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

The first step is Communication.  On that first conversation I would like to know what are they looking for, what do they have in mind and once I find out their "wants and needs" we will be able to move forward.

Many times the clients are ready, other times we need to wait a little in order to proceed.  I will be here to help with the process.


What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have been active in the real estate industry since 1998.  I only took some "time off" from being active in order to manage a real estate office.  I was overseeing all the closings and helping other agents.  I decided to come back and do what I love most, which is to help my clients.  I became active again, in 2016.


What types of customers have you worked with?

I work with Buyers and Sellers.  I have also worked with International clients.


What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

I would say that besides looking at the experience, follow your heart.  Sometimes you are not sure about a person and I understand that sometimes you feel uneasy.  We all have a match.  I work from my heart with all my clients, this is why I receive so many referrals from my past clients.
