What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I make sure that my clients are pre-approved for a mortgage so that they know how much they can afford and no time is wasted getting them what they desire. Once that step is completed, we're off and running to see homes in thier price range, preferred area and school district. I'm in touch with them daily to make sure that they have everything that they need for a smooth trasnaction.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have had 216 hours of education, I've been a licensed Realtor for the past 22years and take required education by the State every 2 years to keep my Real estate license current and active! I also have staging experience where I stage the home to make it look it's best. You never get a 2nd chance to make a 1st impression.

When you work for a buyer, the Seller pays the buyers agent brokers commission. When you work with a seller, then it's the seller who pays both the buyers agent and the sellers agent the commission. Our agency has a minumum of 6% for listing a home.
How did you get started in this business?
My Father got me started in the Real Estate business 22 years ago. I'll never forget the look on his face when I told him that I passed my Real estate test, Both he and I cried with tears of joy! My Dad was a Broker for 35 years and every life that he touched meant something to him as it does to me. It's not about the money. It's about the customer service and the smiles on the faces when the transaction closes. I've been doing for a long time all through word of mouth which is the best form of advertising. All of my clients turn into a part of my family. Let's just say I have a huge Italian family. The reviews on Realtor.com and Zillow.com are also amazing. To leave a lasting impression on someone who appreciates what you did for them will always stay with me.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure that you hire someone who has more than 10+ years of experience in real estate, who knows the current market and one who returns your calls, texts and emails promptly. I'm available 24/7 for my clients and I answer my phone and return calls immediately..
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
What is required of me to start the home buying process? How much money do you have saved for a down payment plus closing costs? How is your credit? Are you currently working? What kind of assets do you have? Did you file your tax returns for the past 2 years+, etc......
