I put in 110% into each seller listing & each buyerc I am working with. Its all about making them feel good about what they are buying or selling and and the end of the day that they were taken care of, respected and got what they wanted out of the relationship weather buying or selling.
I love what I do because I want to see a buyers face shine when they found the perfect home. I want to see a seller at ease knowing that I will get the best possible price for their home. Not everyone is a perfect fit for each other and not every home sells immedialty but I love to see it to the end of a transaction and a happy buyer or seller.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet with the customer/client at their home, view their home and discuss what would need to be done to be able to get top dollar and then do a CMA pricing analysis and discuss why we came up with that number. Then sign a listing agreeement and get your home SOLD.
