What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We ask the following:
1. When are you moving (We are running 11 trucks daily but we want to make sure we can serve you that day, we are a busy company for good reason).
2. Where are you moving from and to (Are we just charging our standard local 30 minute drive time or do we need to charge GPS drive time if your out of the area).
3. What size is your home or apartment (We might suggest taking 3 or even 4 men to make your larger job go twice as fast).
Then we let you know exactly what your responsibilites are as well as our own.
We make sure you understand everything we are going to do and the price that we are going to do it for.
We do not ask for any deposits so we do call the day before and the day of to confirm.
We do a walk-through at pick up location.
We pad wrap and shrink wrap everything in the home or office before we move it.
We sucessfully move you from point A to point B.
We do a final walk-through.
We complete the billing process.
You leave us a great review like the rest of our clients do.
