Hi! I'm the owner and operator of A1 Flooring. I take great pride in what I do everyday. I continually am trying to reach my main goal of helping each customer by providing them with great results. I strive to improve the look of each customer's home without breaking the bank. I have been in this business for many years and I am an expert when it comes to carpet and wood flooring and pressue washing. I promise to help you in anyway possible no matter what. What I as a business owner enjoy the most of my work is when the customer is blown aways of the results of there project, if the customer is happy so is your business. I try to meet or go beyond what my customers expectaions are threre is no reason why a customer should be left in the dark especially when your working in their home.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First off we get to know the customer then proceed into which services they need. And from there we have a conversation of the service being offered to determine an outcome that the customer is happy with.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 15 years in the flooring industry, I have worked in many different states and learned all there is about the trades I try to perfect, as well make the customer happy.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Our prices vary on the job at hand, everything is different especially with the sevice being offered. We value our customers and strive to make sure any project does not hurt them finacially, so we try to price everything out so both partes are satisfied.
How did you get started in this business?
From my Father, I am the third generation of this family business and intend on completing the circle of passing it down one day to my future children so they can continue to help others as we are trying to one customer at a time.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Many different people have used us for there houehold sevices. We are a measure twice cut once type of bussiness. To this date A1 Flooring has not one compliant! and we intend to keep it that way.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Whenever a customer is in love with our finished product is always something to look foward to.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure they are experienced in there line of work!
Get atleast 3 estimates to have an idea how much the project will cost you!
Important! ALWAYS ASK ABOUT WARRANTIES!!! have your back covered!
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Ask if they offer free estimates (alot of companies charge a trip fee)
Ask about the service being offered ask them to explain the process no question is a dumb one!
Ask how long the project will take
And finaly ask if the remove or clean any debries from the project ( most companies do not but A1 Flooring removes all debrie from any project at hand)
