We are a locally owned family business since 2003. Pride ourselves on professional service with fair pricing. When you contract us to perform your inspection you hire the inspector not a company that may have anyone come out to perform your inspection. Many Realtors have used our company to inspect their personal home.
Meeting great people. Inspecting homes is a great service to provide to make sure first time buyers understand what they are getting in too is the best. It is also great on the other end to let the higher end client know of potential cost they are not aware of.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The home buyer or their Realtor contact me by phone or text to schedule the appointment. We need the buyer's name , email, and property address to add to the schedule.
The home buyer or Realter may also go to the website and enter the basic information directly and request a couple of times. In this case we follow up and post to the schedule.
Once scheduled notification emails are sent to the buyer and their representative. Buyers are encouraged to attend some part of the inspection but are not required too.
