What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like in person estimates or at least to see a project with my own 2 eyes before I can give an accurate estimate.

I have over 20 years experience in the carpentry field for both residential and commercial construction.

I quote most projects as a flat rate fee for entire job. Seldomly do I quote on an hourly basis.
How did you get started in this business?
I was raised in the mid-west. I started in construction working in concrete foundations as a form carpenter. From there started framing which eventually led to working as a finish carpenter.
What types of customers have you worked with?
All types from very picky to some who are easy to please . I like the picky types because they test my abilities in this line of work.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure you fully discuss all project details before you make an agreement with them. I have found that an honest quote may cost more ,but at the same time the job will also be done correctly.
