I first like to hear customers ideas, and or if they already have a plane and budget for there project.

Once I here there ideas and suggestions, then I take that information so I can start to give and estimate of cost and labor of project. 

if there is electrical and plumbing involve, then I let the customer know to see if they want to use there personal electrician and plumber, or to contact there local sources.

My first experience in carpentry was in my high school in wood shop class, my education never stoped. I have just one semester in Drafting.

Depending in size of job big and small. I usually ask for 50% deposite, a secon payment when a third of job is complete , a final payment when project is complete. If there is any changes or alterations in the prosses. The price is subject to increase this may include time labor and cost of building materials if needed

I have met a few contractors in the years I've been involved in my installations, so they started to ask for my services. And most of home owner I've have worked with spread the word and gave recommendations about my work...So that's how I initiated my Co.

Most of my customers are in the high-end new construction homes and existing custom homes.

Resently, I was involved in a cumtom remodeled home out in Cuneticut where I install all windows included a sunroom, custom sliding doors, highen kitchen.
