Todd Langston is a dog behavior & training expert who can help you understand and change ANY unwanted behaviors you may be having with your dog(s). We are located in Orlando, FL but Todd is known around the country for his ability to educate owners and fix dogs. We offer private in-home training consultations, group classes, board and train behavior modification programs, and in-home rehab programs where Todd and the team spend one to eight weeks working with you and your dog in the privacy and convenience of your home. If you have tried training and are still having issues, a consultation with Todd may be your answer.
Over the last 13 years we have helped thousands of dogs and their owners and performed over 3,500 in-home consultations. Todd is constantly learning from his clients and their dogs and those experiences have helped him create an easy to follow method recommended by Veterinarians, shelters, rescue groups, groomers, dog daycares and even other trainers.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We will get you on the schedule for private training or group class and upon completion we will send you notes, links and homework to practice. Long term programs or Follow up, if needed will also be scheduled.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My formal education in behavior is a BS in Psycholgy
My initial dog education was a one month shadow program. It was an immersion in a pack of 25+ dogs followed by another 2 weeks learning how to use special tools. Since that time I have handled tens of thousands of dogs and they have all taught me something new about myself and about them.
Since 2014 I have been the head trainer for Cesar Millan and his Training Cesars Way programs, helping him teach students from all over the world about his philosphies of dog psychology and training.

Initial training appointments last a bit over 2 hrs.
Rate
$300 in your home. Follow up appt rate is $200
$250 at my home kennel. Follow up appt rate is $150
3 week group class is $295

I had a dog that was really badly behaved and my journey to help her led me to help others.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Orlando has a lot of dog trainers. Try to use someone based on referral - not marketing. Gurantee's are nonsense and good trainers dont offer them. Good trainers know the dogs behaviors are a reflection of what the owner is providing and will help you learn how to be a better doggie parent.
Someone who wants to immediatly take your dog and place them in a "bootcamp" without meeting you or the dog may not be looking out for your best interest.
