I am a solo dog groomer who works from home. I do not use crates or cages, and I give your dog(s) one on one attention! So no loud barking like in a kennel setting or a regular grooming shop with tons of dogs constantly coming and going! I do not answer my phone while I have a dog here for a spa day, your dog will get my full undivided attention! At this time, I only groom small dogs.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New dogs will take a little longer to groom so the dog and i can get a feel for each other. Typically, I take an hour and a half to groom a dog. The first couple times, you can expect your dog to be with me for about 2 hours, depending. Due to home insurance reasons, I cannot allow owners to stay with their dogs during the grooming process, and it also causes unnecessary distraction as I am building a relationship with your dog!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working with pets since 2005, and started grooming off and on from 2009-2011. I have been grooming full time since 2011, and I love every second of it!
