What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Our pack doesnt believe in muzzles,  cages or cage dryers.......all natural and organic as possible..... We specialize in Poodles.... large breed dogs....and any pet that comes our way.....our motto is No pup is to small or to tall we can groom them all......horses,rabbits,cats,guniea pigs , birds. 


What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I groomed as a show groomer before the age of 18 and then started grooming "pet " pups after . I was a grooming manager at a petco for 5 years and taught in their training program . I also graduated from Penn Foster in their dog grooming program. Currently owning my own salon and also we recently entered into a vets office.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Make sure your groomer is knowledgeable  .... your animals will let you know..... trust your instinct 


What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

Knowing the correct breeds and attitudes of each breed is very important expecially when it comes to grooming . Shaving down your pet to the skin is not correct grooming..... it ruins and damages your pets skin and fur .......please make sure your pet stylist doesnt use short blades on your pet..... join the pack
