What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meeting with the client talking about any concerns or issues they had with the old a/c system so that it can be corrected when installing the new system. The ability to see the job is a necessary since no to jobs are the same and taking a look at the duct work if it's accesible to make sure it is sealed with no leaks and cleaned because breathing clean air is insrtumental to our health.
