What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customer for house call need to prepay for their services. They can also call or text 813-424-9246 to book directly but they still need to pay a non-refundable fee of $20. This deposit will be applied towards your final checkout the day of your appointment. We don't accept aggressive dogs

My -In salon- price are completely diferentes from my House-Call services.
How did you get started in this business?
I started my own business so I can have the flexibility to be with my 3 kids every time they need me. Im all about my family, I love and enjoy grooming pets but my family is number 1 on my list.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Always look for someone that you can trust. Trust is everything on this business. Choose someone that make you and your pet feel part of the family.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
House call or In Home Grooming is Luxury grooming services where your groomer travel to you and groom your pup inside your home. Let’s be clear.
-We are a going to be more expensive that a regular Salon. Why? Because you’re bringing your own professional dog stylist inside your house to groom your precious adorable pup.
-I’m going to bath, brush, hand dried and do a haircut on your dog. Are you comfortable with the loud noises?
-Dog grooming can be messy. I’m going to clean the best as possible after I’m done grooming but Are you comfortable with a couple hairs flying around?
