Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I reach out to the customer if the customer gets back to me we would set up a meeting date and time to go through all the details that they need to tell me and for me to explain myself on how I would be the best option for them. And then we would go over the rates and everything. I would drive to them or they could drive to me or we can meet up somewhere it's whatever they prefer
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I don't have education or training the only thing I do have is that I have been pet sitting for a long time for friends, family, and neighbors and now I'm expanding and making my company grow into something beautiful with meeting a bunch of new furry faces lol.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Yes I do have a standard pricing system for my services. But I do help out if needed and I'm very flexible when it comes to long-term visits or boarding. I'm very understanding and try to make things work
How did you get started in this business?
I started in the business because I first was a babysitter and then the people who had me babysit their kid had also a couple dogs that I would take care of and then ever since then I would just help out any neighbors that needed it. And any friends and family. After that when I moved out in 2021 I decided to take it upon myself to meet up with people I've never met before and try to grow and expand my company into something big and well-known
What types of customers have you worked with?
All kinds dogs, cats, rodents, I would love to do exotics and or farm animals
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I would say look for someone who truly cares and is super passionate about their job and not only in it for the money. Pay attention to the excitement or body language and the connection on the first meet with your furbaby
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
I'm not entirely sure. I guess I would say something about like pricing. And what the services entail
