Communication is key to success. I like to ask as many questions as I can and I also listen to my clients wants and needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attend continued educational seminars and grooming competitions. I’m pet cpr certified and certified in animal behavior. I also have experience as a vet assistant.
